When it comes to PlayStation VR games, you can't get much more unique or enjoyable than Bow to Blood: Last Captain Standing. With so much depth, satisfying action, and amazing visuals, what's not to love about Bow to Blood? Being able to aim just by looking at stuff is intuitive and there's a very cool interpersonal dynamic where you can form relationships with your competitors. The goal of each match is to earn more points than your opponents and you can withdraw whenever you have a key so it basically tests how much you can accomplish while surviving. Standing in the pilot's seat of your massive ship as it slowly glides through elaborate stages offers some breathtaking sights and intense battles with your competition. Although this version can be played without VR, I primarily enjoyed it in VR because it's a lot more fun that way. Commanding an airship is way more fun than I thought it would beīow to Blood: Last Captain Standing has you pilot an airship which involves commanding your crew to man various stations as well as occasionally pulling your pistol out to take care of invading enemies. Gamers who like the idea of a simple Burnout game without many bells and whistles will have a good time with Dangerous Driving. Anyway, slamming into cars and taking them out while trying to weave through oncoming traffic is great fun but it's still nowhere near as polished and varied as the later Burnout games which came out over a decade ago. On top of that, you can race a variety of vehicle types such as Sedans, SUVs, Coupes, Supercars, and Hypercars. That being said, the core gameplay here is surely solid and enjoyable and the variety of modes is fantastic as it includes Road Rage, Takedown, Shakedown, Pursuit, Survival, and Face Off races.

Heck, Burnout Paradise Remastered is available for PS4 and that game is oodles more fun than this. Although this is cool, it's a very generic take on the racing formula that would have felt more at home in the mid 2000s than in 2019. Here we have yet another game inspired by a past franchise but does Dangerous Driving live up to the legendary Burnout series? If you love Mega Man and want to play an indie interpretation of the series then you can't go wrong with the surprisingly solid Metagal. Overall, it's a fun game but certainly not as good as the classic Mega Man games. Speaking of which, I enjoyed the fact that the weapon energy automatically replenishes.

Although Metagal can't charge her shot like Mega Man can, the default special ability is basically a charged shot that you can unleash whenever your weapon energy gauge is full enough. The array of weapons is quite unique and it even includes some defensive items such as a Plasma Shield that can deflect projectiles and an HP Recovery module. Heck, it even features a soundtrack that's very similar to the original Mega Man X games although it's definitely not as memorable.
